    Reebok ZR7 Treadmill won`t start

    Hi all,

    I was after some advice if possible please. I bought a second hand Reebok ZR7. It was working fine but all of a sudden it just won't start. The Console is on - time/calories and speed/distance say 0:00 as usual, but the Pulse says 'P-0'. When I press start nothing happens anymore, no countdown to start, etc.

    I spoke to the people we bought it off and they said they never had any issues and hardly used it. It's 3 years old.

    I phoned Reebok who sent me a new motor control board - that made no difference, so they have sent me a console, but I have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer!! It's all very expensive. My inkling is that it is something simple, particularly as it is powering on?!

    Any advice much appreciated.

    Cheers!

    Reebok treadmill PSU SW01-CA-REV1.0 blown
    by Sheppma
    Hi, I have a Reebok treadmill PSU SW01-CA-REV1.0 (KSW13) that's blown, I can identify most parts but have diode D7 and chip capacitor C8 that have burnt out and are unidentifiable - does anyone have a schematic or a PCB they can identify the parts from?...

    Reebok one GT40s treadmill lift motor runs at switch on
    by G0RIT
    Good evening I am working on a Reebok oneGT40s treadmill. It had a flashing display which the replacement of D3 rectified. However the lift motor now runs when the mains is turned on and does not stop. If I then select start so the tread motor runs and disconnect the up lead to the lift motor it stops. If I then reconnect the lead the lift motor works as it should with the controls. It will continue to work correctly until the mains is turned off and on again, or the safety device is removed and replaced. It then runs again and only by disconnecting and reconnecting the up lead will it operate...

    NordicTrack C700 Treadmill Dead Console
    by nrbrandt
    Hey all, I have the aforementioned treadmill which worked for a few months and then quit and I could use some help diagnosing it. The safety magnet key is in place and I assume working but there is no response from any of the buttons on the console.

    When I opened things up I initially thought the LED on the main control board was blinking rapidly which appears to be the norm for NordicTrack but now I think it may really be blinking the SOS code. See what you think: https://imgur.com/hlhgaSG (see also: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QszHrCs72AM)

    Treadmill controller (zipro dream (?)) - PCB-ZYXK9- 1111-V1.2.PCB not working
    by wzamoyski
    Hello

    I received a treadmill controller (probably Zipro Dream) for repair (more like replacing parts). Board designation: PCB-ZYXK9-1111-V1.2.PCB. existing in it were:
    • mosfet Q9 (originally MDF4N60 was installed) - mounted on P10NK60ZFP;
    • resistor R64 (replaced);
    • F2 protection.

    After turning on the power of AC1 and AC2, the components burned again. The existing elements were desoldered and new ones were soldered. The controller has not been connected yet because I'm afraid they would be destroyed again.

    There are no additional restrictions that can be applied,...

    Treadmill hit with power surge
    by xTomtom
    Hi everyone,

    Recently I acquired a treadmill that was hit by a power surge (I assume). On the control board, there was a varistor that was blown apart and two traces that were partially blown out. I replaced the varistor (to my knowledge it is a matching one) and wired back where the traces were with some 22 awg solid copper wire. When I went to power it on, still nothing. On a quick inspection with my meter, I was getting incoming voltage on the AC in terminal.

    The board is a MC2100LS-30 treadmill controller.

    Visibly, there are no other problems....
